User Groups

We'll found some types of users in chat like Super moderators, Hyper moderators, Merchants, Room moderators, Room owners, Administrators, Normal users.

Super moderators (SM):

Super moderators are powerful users. They have power to ban or withdraw read only status to any user in any chat room. They can turn on/off anti-flood mode to any chat room. They can add or remove moderators of any room. They help all users. All users can ask them for help. You can find them in Super Moderators list in Help option. Press 4 or left key and select seventh icon (from left to right) from top and press OK to open "Help". open "Super moderators" to get their list.

Merchants:

Merchants are Purse sellers and also HM or SM. You can buy purse from them via many way of money transfer which they supports. To buy purse from them contact Merchant who is from your local/nearest area. And also feel free to ask for help to them.

Hyper moderators (HM):

They have same power as Super Moderators. But they are hidden, You can't see them in any list.

Room owner:

Room owner is main controller of a chat room. Every chat room has a owner. Owner can ban users or redraw users, set users as moderator of that room or remove someone's existing crown.

Room moderators/Crown:

Room moderators - moderate chat room. They can ban or withdraw users, turn anti-flood on/off to make chat better. To ban a user, open chat menu by pressing 6 or right key, and apply set "read only". To unban a user, do same thing and apply withdraw option or, go to "about room", go to "more", open "read only", select that user and forgive. You can became moderator of a chat room, if owner add you in that room's moderator list. You can see a crown except avatar, if you have moderating power. SM and HM have moderating power of every room.
